Prowood laminate over 900m³ of timber products per month, most of which is used to manufacture PROLAM staircase components: handrails, baserails, treads & newels.

Our state-of-the-art Taylor Press laminators have capabilities to produce blanks up to 150mm thick, 900mm wide & 6.1m long, laminating products for interior and exterior applications.

Laminating timber enables us to meet length, width & grade specifications which would normally be harder to achieve from solid boards. Colour matching is also available.

Species available for laminating: American White Oak, European Oak, Redwood, Hemlock, Siberian Larch, Clear Douglas Fir & American Ash.
